Features & Benefits

These industrial hot air blowers are complete and ready-to-install systems that include an industrial grade fan, electric process air heater and temperature control.

Accuracy

The Heatpack provides reliable hot air up to 400°C, to an accuracy of +-1°C in relation to the setpoint. A thermocouple is supplied loose, fitted at target location, ensuring the unit is controlled based on the environment requiring industrial hot air.

Control

With a temperature controller for temperature setpoint, the accuracy is achieved through PID control and rapid heater on/off control through solid state relay, allowing for 1000 pulses per second. Further enhanced provided with our optional HMI controls, providing user defined settings.

Efficiency

With temperature setpoint of +-1°C, the Heatpack ensures a low energy consumption, using only what is required to heat the space. This control and efficiency can be further increased when combining the optional variable speed drive for the blower to regulate air flow.

Reliability

The heatpack is designed for continual industrial heating applications, with no maintenance, direct drive blowers and heaters designed for rapid on/off control, the heatpack offers exceptional reliability for industrial applications.

Recirculation

To further increase energy efficiency, our industrial centrifugal fans can be configured for hot air recirculation. Recycling hot air from the application back into the heater inlet, reducing energy required and maximising efficiency.

Safety

As standard, every heatpack includes high temperature cutoff, switching the system off in the event of a pre-settable extreme temperature. Also providing a settable high and low temperature alarm ensuring the desired target is safely heated. This can be further enhanced with our optional HMI controls, providing user defined settings and alarm history.

An optional trolley can be provided with lockable castors, allowing the Heatpack to be easily transported to desired location, only requiring power supply for operation with plug socket for ease of useability.
