The Secomak PowerHeat is a high specification pre-heat tunnel for glass containers. It is designed to prevent thermal shock and poor quality bottle processing on production lines.
The PowerHeat uses mid-range, non-glass infrared heating elements to raise the temperature of the containers. This prevents costly cracks in jars on hot fill lines or condensation build up on empty bottles prior to labelling and sleeving.
