Ringjets

Using a small volume of compressed air as the power source, Ringjets utilise the “Coanda” effect to draw larger volumes of ambient air into the device to amplify the air flow by up to 25 times. For even higher conveying performance, our range also includes the Pneu-Power Conveyor.

Ringjets Air Amplifiers are bladeless, motor-less fans which can be used for cooling, extracting, drying and ventilating in process, food and manufacturing industries.

Ringjet Air Conveyors are bladeless, motor-less fans which connect to flexible hose and are ideal for conveying and extracting all kinds of materials in process, food and Ringjet Conveyor manufacturing industries. Ringjet Air Conveyors are capable of moving material over long distances and this can be increased by adding additional conveyors into the line.

Clustajets Ventilators

Secomak’s range of Beck Air Clustajet Ventilators are a compressed air operated fan, which utilise Secomak Ringjet technology to create a robust, maintenance free, high performance ventilator.

ATEX exempt, the Clustajet is perfect for use in hazardous environments, such as an aircraft fuselag or an enclosed space with excess moisture.

Multiple Ringjets are positioned inside a steel casing to create a “space rocket” jet effect, helping it achieve its high performance.

For a given airflow, a Clustajet is lighter in weight and smaller than equivalent electric fans.

As the Clustajet uses compressed air, no electrical supply is needed, making it suitable for safe use in hazardous or wet locations. It is particularly suitable for ventilating sewers, tunnels, manholes, fuel tank silos, vats and similar spaces requiring the transport of air, dust, fumes or dangerous gasses over long distances. Other Industries include Welding, Shipbuilding, Construction and Utilities. As a general guide, one unit will be required for every 25m.

Often the best way to ventilate a confined space is by extraction of the contaminated air, allowing fresh air to flow in naturally.

Clustajets also provide a cool, high volume stream of air which is suitable for cooling components, processes and drying.

Standard Clustajets are manufactured from a strong welded steel casting. Other options include PVC Clustajets and Flexible Hoses.

For even higher conveying performance, our range also includes the Pneu-Power Conveyor.

Airmiser Nozzles, Jets & Safety Hand Gun

A small volume of compressed air is amplified up to 25 times by utilising the Coandă effect to induce a higher flow of ambient air into the air stream.

Replacing open jets with Airmisers will give significantly reduced air consumption and lower noise levels. In many cases, it is a simple operation to install Airmiser nozzles.

Airmises are suitable for use individually or in multiple arrays to create a much greater effect.

The multi-nozzle arrangement of the Airmiser is designed to be a much safer alternative to standard compressed air. The unique design prevents injury caused by air entering the bloodstream via a single open pipe at high pressures, safeguarding operators and reducing risk.

• Low air consumption means significantly lower running costs than open holes and pipes
• Quieter Operation (below 80 dB (A) at 1m) for an improved working environment

The Beck Airmiser Jet uses the proven technology from the Ringjets to create a high velocity flow where greater performance is required for blow off and cooling applications.

The Safety Hand Gun uses the same technology as the Airmiser but with the convenience of an ergonomic handle making it a useful general purpose blow off tool.

The Pneumatic Airstrip is particularly suitable for drying applications in either hand held or stand mounted format.

Pneu-Power Air Conveyor

The Beck Pneu-Power is a bladeless, motor-less fan which connects to flexible hose and gives high vacuum or high flow for conveying and Pneu-Power extracting all kinds of materials in process, food and manufacturing industries.

Using a small volume of compressed air as the power source, the Pneu-Power utilises the Coandă effect to draw larger volumes of ambient air into the device to amplify the air flow by up to 25 times.

The Pneu-Power has very high performance and is capable of moving material over very long distances. It is also extremely robust, being manufactured from cast aluminium and designed for use in harsh environments.

The Pneu-Power is available in two configurations:

• Type A offers higher flow
• Type B offers higher suction

For applications where extraction only is required, the silencer (supplied) diffuses the air and reduces the noise from the device.

Flexible Hose

Secomak offers a general-purpose Beck Flexible Hose for use with the Clustajet Ventilators. Manufactured from PVC coated glass cloth and supported by a high tensile steel wire, it is flexible with a high resistance to puncture and tearing. It is fire resistant and suitable for use between – 20°C and 70°C (- 4°F and 158°F).

Standard lengths are 6m or 10m and hose connectors can be used to create longer lengths when required. Stainless clips are also available to complete installation.

RingFlex ‘Stay Put’ Hose

Rigiflex hoses are designed to work with Beck Nozzles, Air Amplifiers and small Airstrips to allow easy mounting into the required location, without further support.

Adjustments to the position can then be quickly made at any time to improve the performance of the device.

Manufactured from a composite PVC or Aluminium, it is impervious to most chemical atmospheres. It also ships complete with a male and female compressed air fitting, for use with Beck Nozzles, Ringjets and Airstrips.
