Pouch Dryer is a high specification drying tunnel specially designed to remove surface moisture to dry all types of flexible pouches including stand up pouches (DOY Packs), gusseted, spouted, pillow packs, retort, lay flat & ready meal trays.
Energy efficiency
Integrated within the machine is Secomak’s highly efficient and reliable electrically driven centrifugal blower technology. No compressed air required!
All surfaces dried
Features unique drying technology to ensure even the most complex pouch designs are dried including gussets and spouted pouches.
Hold down conveyor
Ensures light weight products remain in place whilst maintaining the high standards of drying.
Hygienic design
The pouch dryer is hygienically designed for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications and features an integrated drip tray, collecting all removed water and draining to a single point.
Single and multi-lane formats
Meeting the demands of the fastest production lines the pouch dryer is available in single lane formats or multilane drying in mass flow.
Handfed or automation
Extended infeed & outfeed conveyors can be incorporated making it suitable for both automated and hand fed production lines alike.
