The Challenge
As part of the ongoing drive to improve quality, Magners Irish Cider installed three Secomak PowerStrip bottle drying systems on the bottling lines in it’s Clonmel factory in Ireland.
Because product appearance and presentation is just as important to Magners as what is inside each bottle, the company has the most stringent requirements for the labelling component of its production process. Each label must be perfectly aligned or the bottle will be rejected, causing unnecessary wastage and cost.
The Solution
Secomak PowerStrip bottle dryers ensure complete, streak free drying at a speed of 68,000 bottles per hour.
