Our brand new Drying machine, designed to fit in any production line. With our latest direct drive blower technology, the DryGuide Essential is virtually maintenance free. Suitable for all types of container drying including; can drying, bottle drying, jar drying, aerosol drying and home and body care pharmaceutical products.

Development of DryGuide Technology
Over 70 years’ experience of drying containers which is aided by computational fluid dynamics. The drying fixtures are integrated within the product guidance system.
Engineered Design
Utilising our extensive knowledge of air flow dynamics and reputation for drying, the angle of the airflow is fixed in the optimum position for effective container drying. This minimises operator error when make format changes or machine commissioning ensuring the container is dried each and every time.
Tool-less design
Downtime is dramatically reduced when making format changes, with no change parts required. Adjustments can be made in seconds with our tool-less mounting system requiring only a simple release of a kiplock handle. Scales & markings have been incorporated to ensure that settings are repeatable to guarantee effective & efficient drying.
Efficiency
By incorporating our drying technology within the product guidance system ensures there is a minimal distance between the airflow and container, resulting in an improved performance and a reduction in energy consumption.
Efficient blower technology
Incorporating our latest blower technology, with a maintenance free direct drive fan combined with an integrated variable frequency drive and our Air Minder controls. The DryGuide Essential offers maximum energy efficiency and reliability eliminating downtime and maximising continuous production.
Effortless Installation
Designed with integrators, OEMs and end-users alike, DryGuide Essential can be effortless installed into any production line. Our compact design features adjustable legs and a top mounted blower, delivered fully assembled and wired. Just add power to experience the high quality drying.

What is the difference between the DryGuide and the DryGuide Essential?
Both machines feature a version of our DryGuide technology but the Essential machine as been designed for more compact installation areas and slightly slower productions speeds. For higher speeds or more complex applications, the original DryGuide machine is likely to be better suited.

Is the DryGuide Essential suitable for drying cans?
Yes, the machine can be configured for all types of containers including both food & beverage cans.

Does the DryGuide Essential use compressed air?
Absolutely not, no, out DryGuide Essentials comes complete with our own highly efficient direct drive centrifugal fan mounted at the top of the drying tunnel.

Yes, not only do we have distributors located in the United Stats of America, it is in fact one of our largest installed bases with machines installed in every corner.

Does the DryGuide Essential require controls?
No, the machine is integrated with our "Air Minder" control package inclusive of a variable frequency drive to control blower speed, at product sensor to only operate when there is production. All you require is power to get started.

How it easy is it to install the DryGuide Essential?
Actually very easy! This was one of the main design consideration when developing the DryGuide Essential. It will arrive complete so only requiring lifting in to position. If in installing on an existing line then the machine can be easily split to assemble around the conveyor.
